WHAT PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
•Payment is required upon receipt of order and will be charged, including shipping cost, upon shipment.
•Payment methods include check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING CHARGE?
• Shipping costs are calculated at time of shipping and added to final invoice due at time of shipment.• Orders ship from Virginia within 7-10 business days via USPS Priority Mail unless requested otherwise. Rush shipping may be available upon request.
• Tracking information will be provided for all shipments. JC Designs is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to the carrier.
• Free shipping is offered on orders of $500
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY?
•We do not accept returns, but we will gladly replace items that may arrive damaged. You must contact us within five days of receiving your order to receive exchange for damaged product.
•Cancellations received after 24 hours of placing the order will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
